Mondict Ghana Ltd is a registered Ghanaian company located at Amasaman and has one of it operating outlets at Accra Digital Center. This is an intermediary company which operates between potential investors and the small scale companies and startups.

The concept of this company is based on the personal experience of the CEO as a young entrepreneur in the industry who identified some challenges facing young entrepreneurs as in raising capital, managing business at certain levels and the gap between potential investors and the young business owners.

Our research has revealed the following challenges of SMEs and startups in Ghana:

1. Investors do not have confidence in young entrepreneurs and so young entrepreneurs find it very difficult to raise capital to support their businesses.

2. There is no a platform for young entrepreneurs who can no longer continue their businesses to sell their businesses or get partners to join hands with them.

3. Most Small Scale Companies do not have effective management teams to manage their businesses in order to gain the credibility that investors are seeking.

4. Some potential investors do not have what it takes to assess the viability of a business and so cannot find some promising young businesses to invest in. All these challenges have created a gap between investors and entrepreneurs.
